Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has put in a solid showing in the UK top 40, arriving at #2. Not quite good enough to knock Overwatch from the top spot, but an impressive debut all the same.
The original Mirror’s Edge was a slow but steady seller, taking 12 weeks to sell 60% of its lifetime sales. Most major titles are usually “north of 80% over the same number of weeks”, informs Chart-Track.
DOOM holds onto #3, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End drops two places to #4 and then at #5 it’s the soon-to-be-outdated FIFA 16.
GTA V remains at #6, Tom Clancy’s The Division rises to #7 and after several weeks on sale UEFA 2016 Pro Evolution Soccer finally manages to penetrate the top 10 – it’s now at #8, up from #14.
Dead Island Definitive Edition and Ratchet & Clank round off the top ten at #9 and #10 respectively.
After Mirror’s Edge, the 3DS’s Kirby: Planet Robobot was the second highest new entry, floating in at #15.
Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter meanwhile had to settle for a lowly #37.
