Plastic dinosaurs render Rare Replay prehistoric

Even though the buzz surrounding the movie fizzled out weeks ago, LEGO Jurassic World has managed to reclaim the UK chart’s top spot. We imagine that a new video game is a highly cost-effective way of keeping the kids quiet over half term.

This means Rare Replay has been dislodged from the top of the chart after just one week. The Xbox One-exclusive now rests at #6. Considering it launched for a mere £19.99, it’s doubtful that a price-cut to help it rise back up the chart is on the cards.

GTA V moves up to #2, The Elder Scrolls Online is up one position to #3, Batman: Arkham Knight drops to #4 while FIFA 15 rises to #5. With FIFA 16 just weeks away, many retailers have cut the price of last year’s iteration – it can easily be found for around £25 currently.

Positions #6 through to #10 are then filled by Rare Replay, Battlefield: Hardline, Minecraft: Xbox Edition, Minecraft: PlayStation Edition and Dying Light.

Expect next Monday’s chart to be similarly stagnant – the only retail release due this week is Risen 3: Enhanced Edition on PS4.
