UK top three unchanged

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare celebrates its 8th week at the top of the UK top 40 this week, putting it neck and neck with the amount of weeks FIFA 15 has spent on top.

GTA V remains at #2 for a second week running while FIFA 15 holds fast at #3.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity meanwhile is on the rise up from #8 to #4 – thanks to a price drop and other retailer promotions – while Minecraft: Xbox Edition stays put at #5.

The rest of the UK’s top ten is then as follows: Minecraft: PlayStation Edition, Destiny, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Far Cry 4 and The Crew.

The Crew is in fact a top ten re-entry, pushing Saints Row IV: Re-Elected out the top ten in the process. Deep Silver’s HD revamp is now at #12, falling eight places.

There were no new entries in the top 40 but Criminal Girls: Invite Only and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth 2 did managed to enter the PS Vita chart at #2 and #3 respectively.

Expect plenty of new arrivals in next Monday’s chart – Evolve, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate make their way into eager gamer’s hands this week.
