FIFA 14 holds fast for a second week

The sales may currently be on, and many shiny new consoles sit underneath people’s TVs, but the UK chart is largely unchanged from last week.

The top 4 are identical, in fact – FIFA 14 on top for a second week followed by Call of Duty: Ghosts, Assassin’s Creed IV and Battlefield 4.

At #5 it’s GTA V, which is up one place.

Killzone: Shadow Fall has however now left the top 10 – falling from #9 to #14 – while Knack has done the opposite and risen up from #23 to #16.

The Xbox One-exclusives have risen up a couple of places too. Forza Motorsport 5 is at a respectable #13 while Dead Rising 3 re-enters the top 20 at #19.

Things aren’t quite so good for The Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds and Super Mario 3D World though which are on a slippery path out of the top 40, currently at #32 and #34 respectively.
