A dearth of new releases has resulted in an uneventful UK chart, with the top three positions remaining unchanged.
This means Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is no.1 for another week, duly followed by Super Mario Maker 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
The rest of the top ten has seen a small shuffle. GTA V and F1 2019 both rise a single position to occupy #4 and #5.
Red Dead Redemption 2 and Minecraft on Switch also moved up two positions to claim #6 and #7.
At #8 it’s Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy up from #13, giving the box breaking marsupial two titles in the top ten.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate climbed to #9. Then at #10 it’s Minecraft again, albeit the PlayStation Edition.
Two titles making a (very) swift descent is the most significant thing to happen in the UK top 40 this week. Fire Emblem: Three Houses has fallen from #7 to #35, while FIFA 19 has plummeted from #4 to #30. This presumably means EA has let stock of FIFA 19 run dry ahead of FIFA 20.
