Days Gone manages to keep Mortal Kombat 11’s freakers at bay

The UK’s top five is almost entirely unchanged this week, making it two weeks at no.1 for the PlayStation 4 exclusive Days Gone.

This lack of activity means Mortal Kombat 11 remains at #2, duly followed by FIFA 19 at #3 and RDR2 at #4.

At #5 it’s another Rockstar title – the ever-popular GTA V, up from #11.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe hold onto #6 and #7.

Despite a small price drop to around £35, The Division 2 fell three places to #8. Forza Horizon 4 dropped to #9. Then at #10 it’s EA’s Anthem, back after a breif hiatus.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice departs the top ten for the first time, meanwhile, going from #7 to #12.

The Switch version of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age was the week’s only new arrival, making #15. It also took #5 in the Switch top 20.

As for re-entries, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, The Evil Within 2, Hitman 2, Sonic Mania Plus, and Hello Neighbour resurfaced in the lower end of the chart.

The Evil Within 2 also managed to make #9 in the PS4 chart, outselling The Division 2, which presumably means the cult horror adventure is dirt cheap somewhere.
