Sales of Watch_Dogs 2 are down, boy

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has claimed a third week at No1.

With the price dropping to £29 at Tesco this week – and £49.99 at GAME for the Legacy Edition – it’s likely to remain on top of the UK chart for a while yet.

The remarkably well-received Watch_Dogs 2 entered at #2.

Eurogamer put on their detective garb and worked out how well it has sold compared to the original, concluding that WD2 sold around 80k at launch whereas the original sold 380k. That’s a huge drop.

FIFA 17 fell to #3, Battlefield 1 dropped one place to #4 and then at #5 it’s the recently discounted WWE 2K17.

Forza Horizon 3 held onto #6 but saw a 49% increase in sales over last week.

Last week’s new highest new entry – Dishonored 2 – falls to #7. Skyrim: Special Edition is at #8 while GTA V parks up at #9.

Then at #10 it’s the only other new entry for this week – Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection. The PS4 version was the biggest selling, and by some margin – it at #12 in the individual format chart while the Xbox One version made #25.

LEGO Dimensions, Titanfall 2 and Overwatch all departed the top ten this week meanwhile, falling to #13, #15 and #18 respectively.
