UK top 40 sees five new arrivals

The top four positions in the UK chart remain unchanged, making it four weeks in a row for FIFA 16.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Destiny: The Taken King and LEGO Dimensions follow behind with GTA V moving up one position to fill #5.

Elsewhere in the top 40 a remarkable five new entries have appeared. Only one of these is in the top ten though, which makes this slightly less exciting than it may sound.

Tales of Zestiria is the week’s highest new entry at #8. Then at #12 it’s WRC 5 with the PS4 version proving to be the biggest selling and by quite some margin too.

Fellow JRPGs Dragon Quest Heroes and Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance enter at #18 and #27 respectively while Wasteland 2: Director’s Cut – a role player of an altogether different kind – arrives at #36.

Notable fallers for this week include Transformers: Devastation dropping from #21 to #28 and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 leaving the top 40 entirely after two weeks on sale.

Rock Band 4 has likewise left the top 40, in this instance after just one week on sale. Stock shortages could possibly be to blame.

We thought we might see the new 3DS Nintendo Selects range make a top 40 appearance but that hasn’t been the case. All six have re-entered the 3DS top 50 however, with Zelda: A Link Between Worlds riding high at #6.
