New year, new features

Congratulations, everybody – we’re now all one year closer to death. One resolution we’re making for 2011 is to bring you two new regular monthly features. With retro gaming arguably more popular than ever we’ll dusting off some old videogame cartridges and writing some words about them. Rather than talk about the usual stuff though – Mario, Sonic, MegaMan, etc – we’ll try and sniff out stuff that’s a little more obscure.

Our other new feature is also slightly retro flavoured – we’ll be trawling eBay’s completed listings at the end of each month to round-up of things of interest that have sold for oddly high (or maybe even stupidly low) amounts.

As always, we’ll have a round-up the UK charts at the start of every week and a run-down of new releases towards the end. Reviews will continue to appear just as sporadically as they always have done.

If you can’t be arsed to keep checking the site to see if any new articles have gone up then it’s probably a good idea to follow us on Twitter.
