Nobody Mention The War

This Week’s Games

As well as that game arriving in stores this week another seven other games are also hitting shelves. Obviously they don’t have a hope in hell at getting to the top of the charts, but there’s three that still should do quite well – Cooking Mama 3 on DS, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and Shaun White Snowboarding: World Stage on Wii.

The other four are of somewhat niche appeal. Ubisoft’s COP: The Recruit on DS looked quite good when it was shown at E3, Invizimals let’s you find hidden creatures with the PSP’s camera, Tropico 3 is the first installment of the semi-popular PC series to arrive on consoles (Xbox 360, in this case) while the budget priced Tornado Outbreak on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii looks a bit like a westernised Katamari. It has been getting 7s and 8s, so might be worth a look if you fancy something quirky.

Next Week: Assassin’s Creed II, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Left 4 Dead 2, LittleBigPlanet PSP, Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, SAW, Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier and Divinity II: Ego Draconis.
