The soul still burns

I’m still pretty bemused as to why Soul Calibur IV features Yoda and Darth Vader, but they don’t appear to have dragged down the quality of the game with plenty of high scores rolling in. Remember: Xbox 360 gets Yoda while PlayStation 3 has Vader. Apparently though you’ll be able to download the missing one in the future…

Space Chimps is this week’s animated movie tie-in and is available on Wii, DS, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 2. It looks worse than WALL-E. There’s also motorbike thing SBK 08 on PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360. Game claims that something called Puzzler Collection is out on both handhelds this week, but fails to provide any details or even box art. A quick search on the internet reveals that it includes sudoku, crosswords, word searches and stuff. Do people still do sudoku?

Next week: obscure RPG week with Growlanser on PlayStation 2 and Baroque on Wii.
