Grey matter

Was there a massive backlog of DS systems shipped to retailers last week? Both the Brain Training games have jumped back into the top 10, you see – More Brain Training is at #8 up from #14, while the original is at #9 up from #12. They’re both even outselling Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, which has fallen from #4 to #10. Halo 3 is on the way back up though – it had dropped to #8 last week but is now at #5. The Sims 2: Castaway has, after a slow first week, shot into the top 10 too up from #19 to #7. Pro Evo still holds onto the top spot, with FIFA 08 in second place and The Simpsons game at #3.

Only two other new entries this week – Timeshift at #24 and delayed PC thing Hellgate: London at #34. We wonder if Timeshift would have sold better if it had been released on time.
