Can’t see the woods for the trees

Bioshock has managed to hold onto the top spot for another week, which is some achievement given that it isn’t a big name movie license. There’s a new #2 though, in the form of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08. Stuntman: Ignition goes in at #9, while Brain Training: Wii Degree has shot up from #23 to #6. Wii Play on the other hand has fallen from #5 to #26. Short stock supplies? Probably.

EA’s Boogie boogies on in at a mediocre #28, and their own Madden 08 can only do one place better in its first week. Both titles have managed to chart higher than Worms: Open Warfare 2, however, which only manages to wiggle in at a lowly #38.

Over in the PSP, chart Brian Lara 2007: Pressure Play – which has been developed with on the go gaming in mind – takes the top spot despite not managing to get into the top 40. That can’t say much about current PSP software sales.
