Its speculation time, folks. Zootfly – who last worked on Panzer Elite Action – have released a couple of videos featuring a new Ghostbusters game in action. The first shows off a third person shooter with a Resident Evil 4 over-the-shoulder camera, which focuses on how objects can be destroyed or lobbed around with the proton packs. The second is less interesting – simply a clip of a CGI Venkman talking to the press.
A new Ghostbusters movie has been long rumoured, but so far no publishers have announced that they have the rights. My guess is that Zootfly hope a publisher sees the prototype, buys them the license and pays them a stack of cash. Either that or Zootfly have a lot of love for Ghostbusters and lot of time on their hands.
